Once we receive your details, one of our party creators will reach out within 24 hours to confirm everything and bring your vision to life.

You can choose to pick up and return your tote, or let us take care of it for you. We offer convenient delivery a few days before your event and pickup the day after — stress-free and seamless.

Both, either! Delivery and pick up is included in the top packages if within 20 miles radius. To include delivery and pick up with the other packages, cost varies by location.

There are three pick up locations, One in Tioga Tx, one in Aubrey Tx and one in Joshua Tx.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly. Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We're here to help you create the perfect party setup. 

If you need to cancel your party we require a 72 hour notice. Please contact us a soon as possible.
